Poor processes were inhibiting creativity resulting in slow response times that led to client dissatisfaction. The creative talent pool of the medium-sized company helping Wrigley develop their marketing program was not being optimally utilized.
SigmaWorks was brought in to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes in an effort to liberate team creativity and produce faster results for Wrigley as well as other clients and prospects.
We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current process and the client relationship through interviews with stakeholders from both the medium-sized company and their client, Wrigley. In addition, SigmaWorks reviewed agency process documents and conducted working sessions with various agency teams.
We also used a Just-In-Time Six Sigma (TM) tool to define the current and desired state, identify gaps, and specific gap-closure options to meet stakeholder needs. SigmaWorks also effectively deployed strategies to overcome barriers to the successful roll-out of key client solutions.
We discovered that 75% of available time was being spent on strategy, leaving only 25% to complete the creative and production work.
